1) Soak Your hands
Soak your hands in a bowl of warm milk. It will hydrate your skin, gently remove dead cells and brighten your skin. The high calcium content in milk will strengthen weak nails.

3)White spots
White spots on nails indicates zinc and calcium deficiency . It can be removed by adding calcium and zinc to your diet. The growth and appearance of nails reflects our overall health.
4)Vitamin treatment .
Apply vitamin cream on damp hands every night to avoid peeling and breaking of nails or hardening of cuticles.
5)Clipping & filing
We must regularly cut our nails. Nails should not be too long as long nails are more prone to breakage and come in way of our daily chores.Always file your nails after cutting them and make sure you file only in one direction.
6) Beware of nail polishes.
Do not polish your nails too often otherwise it will make your nails thinner and weaker. Some nail polishes can cause damage to your nails as the contain acetone and other chemicals. Always use a high quality nail polish . Make sure the nail polishes you use have not crossed their shelf life.
